Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Processing times may be affected by weekends, holidays, inventory availability, security reviews, weather, or periods of high order volume.
A shipping confirmation containing tracking information will be sent when available. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Bionic Peptides currently ships only to destinations permitted by applicable law and may refuse or cancel an order when shipment would be restricted or prohibited.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is required.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier, weather, and operational delays can occur after a package leaves our facility. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment or opening a carrier inquiry.
Bionic Peptides is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer or packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance with available carrier claims.
Inspect your package promptly after delivery. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to willis1864@gmail.com within 48 hours.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the package and shipping label, and photographs of the affected items. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Orders may be delayed, canceled, or refunded when payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected. Bionic Peptides is not responsible for fees charged by a bank, card issuer, payment application, or digital-payment network.
