Because Bionic Peptides products are laboratory research materials that require controlled handling and storage, all sales are generally final once an order has shipped. Products cannot be returned to inventory after leaving our control.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order is processed or shipped. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
